Return Policy
Most items purchased from Pretty Kinky may be returned and exchanged within 14 business days from the date order is shipped. The merchandise must be in new condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging and a completed return form. We cannot accept returns of worn, soiled items, altered items and damaged packaging. Please note, for health reasons, we do not exchange nor accept returns on panties or items that cover the crotch, so please select these items with care. Costumes and Sale items are not returnable.Returns will not be accepted without a valid return form within the package. Please make a copy of the return form for your records. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend returns be sent either insured or with delivery confirmation. Credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of item(s). A $5.00 processing fee per item is applied to all returns.
